Available Shipping Methods

We ship WORLDWIDE!

In order to ensure delivery efficiency, we work with DHL Express and FedEx at the present. Orders not within the scope of DHL distribution will be forwarded by DHL Company.

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. Unionfab is not responsible for fees associated with import. The parcel recipient must pay all payments.

Please note, Unionfab is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the logistic company to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

Please contact our customer service (hello@unionfab.com) or your account manager before ordering if you want to use other shipping methods.

Delivery Inspection

For your protection, please inspect your packages following below guidelines:

1. Before accepting or signing your delivery, please inspect the parcel and its content for any potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment, including products, quantity, products checklist, invoices (if any) and more.

2. Every order that we send from our factory is carefully inspected. If you receive a damaged parcel, product errors, product shortages or other issues, please contact your account manager or customer service team.

3. We advise you to kindly sign the proof of delivery when receiving the parcel yourself. If someone else signs for the parcel for you without the presence of the delivery personnel, any issues will be on your own responsibility.

Please contact your account manager for any product issues within three days after receiving the parcel.

Return & Replacement

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already produced.

Returns and Exchange (if applicable)

Please contact your account manager or customer service team for any product issues within three days of receiving the parcel.

Unionfab agreed to return and exchange the products if:

1. Unionfab strictly complies with the quality standards of the People’s Republic of China. If the product issue is verified and caused by Unionfab, we will manage the return or re-production for you

2. Products that need to be returned or reproduced can be processed within three days from the reproduction confirmation date. (Shipping time varies based on each location)

Unionfab will not accept returns and exchanges if the issues are out of Unionfab control, such as:

1. Moisture, discolouration or other issues after the product is delivered and received

2. Insufficient number of returned products

3. Error caused by user

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify

1. Refund Rules: Once Unionfab has confirmed on refund, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Refund Period: Refund will be sent to your original payment method within 15 working days. If you have not received the refund after the standard time frame, please contact Unionfab account manager or customer service for more information. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at  hello@unionfab.com .
